Have you noticed there's a push for sending these recognitions? Some coworkers were raising issues re "Achievers app" selling our personal data ,otherwise you can't get an ecard. You must check off the "I accept" box. Could other reasons be that the powers that be want to see who is doing what, who is actively working with others and participating for future job elimination decisions? Oh and let's not forget how all these "values in action" are teaching AI behavioral cues, among other things.
