Your days are numbered. “Too many layers” were the exact words used and they weren’t referring to anyone at their level….polish those resumes, too bad many of you have no proven accomplishments to present on your MANY upsizing interviews.

Yeah right. Basically they’re gonna add more layers. lol 😆 that’s what they’re are evaluating. How to spend more unnecessary money, not less. It’s a poverty mindset.
