I'm being told parts of my job is going to be sent overseas, for cheaper labor I assume. I suspect it won't be long before I too am replaced. I am going to refuse to train my replacement. What will happen to me?

Certainly. @OP is firmly on the layoff list, but if they do a super duper wuper job training their offshore replacement, not only would they be removed from the list, they'd be moved into a leadership role! Happens literally all the time.

You will eventually have two choices. Layoff and leave with a severance or layoff and comeback for a different role.
You could learn management/leadership skills training your offshore, but if you want to fight a futile battle for a stagnant position you were comfortable in - go ahead
