I've seen the police car each time I'm at the office in Cary. I've heard that it's there when there are layoffs. Is this true? How come it's always parked there?

@ez this is the correct answer. Same holds true at 200 Park. Installed immediately after the UHC incident. Has nothing to do with layoffs.
@OP There's been an officer in the lobby every day in Tampa. I'm hearing that it's just for extra security, maybe due to the shooting of UHC's CEO.
