My 31st service anniversary was 7 months ago. I've never heard a rude word directed toward me from my L3 until this year, and today was the the 3rd time since January. It made me angry and I interrupted him without thinking and told him to stop talking to me as if I was one of his ignorant children. I have 31 years of service, blah, blah, blah. Is this the new style of leadership with RTO? Anyone else seeing an increase in rude behavior from our leadership?

@OP 31 years? What the funk have you been doing besides talking about the good ol days the past 20 years? Retire and move on, or do you not have a life outside of yoir job?
@ag & ah (same trol): You really enjoy servicing your manager on a weekly basis. How many knee pads do you go through a year Mr. Bootlicker?
Was it Steve Perks?
Hey old man, don't cry into your warm milk.
Plenty of mo--ns in this company with 30+ years.
Has many years does Stankey have?
What’s that have to do with RTO?
31 years or 31 days. Makes no diffarince
You sound like a wittle baby. Feelings hurt because you want your a-s licked for 31 years of time card punching? Pack sand.
You should have been gotten rid of 26 years ago. You’re just occupying a seat with your old tired mabell ideas.
let’s not forget this…
excerpt from Stank’s 2,500 word memo:
unbelievable he is still here… In his memo,
Stankey claimed AT&T is shifting toward a “performance-based culture,” moving away from outdated values like loyalty and tenure, and toward capability and contribution.
Let’s test that mandate—starting with Stankey’s own performance.
Stankey was one of the architects behind AT&T’s disastrous $95B acquisition of Time Warner later rebranded WarnerMedia. As the company’s former strategy chief and later CEO of WarnerMedia, he oversaw an attempt to turn AT&T into a Hollywood power player. What followed was a textbook corporate implosion: broken synergies, cultural clashes, mass layoffs, and tens of billions in vaporized value. In 2022, AT&T dumped WarnerMedia in a humiliating spin-off.
For most of us, that level of failure would warrant a pink slip. But in the highest echelons of Corporate America, it’s often rewarded. Stankey was promoted to CEO.
**Thumbs up if you think the board should be ashamed of itself and Stankey has no conscience
For OP: Was your L3 "imported?" Seems to me like people want to bring their cultural values to America.
I agree with person who responded earlier… Stank’s Aug emails set the tone to:
not be concerned with employees
get older ones (bc usually more costly) off the payroll
hire younger ones (with fewer benefits)
allow his minions to lead how they choose
he is never wrong
and his answer to the mistakes he has never admitted to is keep reducing staff
the fact that the man thinks he’s worth 25M a year tells you that he is a greedy narcissist
Our L4 AVP “imported” from another country is a top rated narcissist. He pleasures himself by surrounding with sycophants and never acknowledges anyone’s accomplishments..always stresses he is right and everyone is wrong.
Stank's Aug 1 2025 email was the que for the rest of his leadership team. You mean nothing.
Depends on if said boss is ignorant enough to say something like that then they obviously don’t respect you. Could you imagine being their kid or spouse if they will talk like that to an employee at work like that at the office. Shows a very low EQ coming from that level. Maybe next time they do it, send a note to HR. Nobody wants that kind of flack on their record.
