I work in this s**thole and frankly this is by far the worst company. It is driven by mo--ns and clowns we all know their names
Microsoft gave out substantially higher number of "needs improvement" ratings this review season. My source said as high as 20-25% in some teams. Many of these employees are on their way to being managed out. If the company needs to further reduce its headcount, the right way to do it is with layoffs and a full severance package.
