Wondering if I ask for a raise what is the likelihood of it getting approved and what factors typically get considered in the process? (Cost of living, performance review, performance in general, work load, team size etc). Wondering if it is even worth asking

You must be new here (planet earth)
why would they give you a raise when someone at ITC can do your same job at half the price.
Your manager would literally stare at you for a minute before bursting out in laughter. Please record if you do try and share your results with the rest of the classroom.
Have you seen the stock price? Company is in cost cutting mode.
We need to gives raises to the executives only they can fix the company.
oh my sweet summer child...
Nike is in the “you are lucky to have a job vs get a raise” state currently. There are regular comp review cycles to catch people not in line, but that’s the only raise happening outside of taking a new role. Generally, those review cycles happen ahead of the merit increases and compound. So, if you did not get one you are not getting it.
Nike isn’t one to give raises for good work. You have to apply and get a new position. Long way of saying zero chance but more like some less than zero number of your choosing.
