I find it disgraceful how many leaders take credit for successful projects that they have nothing to do with. Good leaders highlight their team success, not su-kout all the credit.

Great managers hire the most competent people. Average managers hire below average people to make themselves feel good and have job security. We are in that phase of the Corp cycle.
