I absolutely love the fact that leadership is practically begging people to fill out the employee survey. Have any of them seen any of the feedback? A whole lot of really pi---d off people out there. Management will ignore the content which makes it baffling that they are pushing it so hard.

@rf does anyone know how to take back your survey response? I'm afraid of retaliation now knowing it can be so easily traced back.
If you read the privacy notice bullet point #2 said this:
Personal data processed for the purposes of survey
For all employees: your employee 3M ID number, your views expressed to the Survey questions, your 3M email address, your job grade, your years of service, your location, your department, your cost center, your job family, your supervisor, your job level description, your count of direct reports, whether you are a supervisor or not, whether you are a sales representative or not, your business group, and your division.
In other words, NOT anonymous.
I did it and filled everything out strongly disagree. It's not like anything ever gets done about it.
I encourage everyone to honestly fill out the survey. Who cares about the anonymity? What else can 3M do to us? They've made our working life miserable and have already taken every benefit they can take. They've told our org. no promotions above JG12.
I work for a mo--n. He puts his trust in those who lick his boots. I can't wait to see his survey results specifically. The entire leadership chain is full of boot-licking mo--ns.
Document everything. If you are laid off post survey, 3M can be held liable for retaliation.
@b8 maybe all the sales managers and sales people would give a sh-t helping add volume per Bill if they were given back options . Talk about taking away motivation then take away pay. Real motivating Bill
There is an open ended question with a voting? Didn’t see that.
@ba Yes. The HR can track the report of the percent completion down to the Supervisor level.
This is not Anonymous at all.
They want to collect it before your job is outsource to india. Also this is not anynomous. They know how many completed from a group.
I saw many vote questions on reinstating the LTI options for JG14/15.
Do you think BB& his cronies will care even it was the most voted answer??
This year the questions are designed in a way to be very benign. There’s no real opportunity to share true performance or opinion.
It is not anonymous. I saw a Plant director actually list down the respondent % by department and ask his leadership to follow up the completion. This survey is not voluntary at all
I think that they are not actually anonymous.
It's just so they can say "See, we heard you, which is why we're so proud of our EAP benefit, where you can talk to someone about your burnout and dissatisfaction and the logistical challenges created by unnecessary RTO mandates."
