If Chevron offered another EOI tomorrow, would you take it? Include years of service and approximate career stage if you're comfortable.

I seriously doubt that XOM people care about this thread or others. Most people are disappointed that this site for CVX has become like a reddit chat group instead of layoff info and they downvote.

How could you "take Another" EOI? it's one and done.
And you don't TAKE an EOI. It's called expression of interest for a reason.
I would totally take another EOI… but would prefer it to slip into 2027 for tax purposes…

Sounds like some people just want free stuff, like a payoff. Paychecks, benefits, bonuses, resulting in savings, etc are EARNED from hard work, not handed out for free. Why don't you buy a lottery ticket, your chances are better than waiting around for free handouts.

Maybe their financial situation wasn't as good last time around, or it could be a years of service thing. It's not hard to figure out why someone passed it up last time but is willing to take it this time.
