TRP is finally requiring groups that have been working fully remote to return to the office four days a week, bringing them in line with the rest of the workforce. For once, the company’s talk about treating employees equally appears to be reflected in its policy.

No more free day care or doggy care then? What a scam it was. Good riddance
@gq Sad but true. I just let it go. I bet the numbers when discovered, would never see the light of day. Hooray equality…..
Even working 3-2 they still only work 9-2:30 with a hour lunch. Pretty lax. Our female colleagues seem to be the worst offenders.
This is not true. Just over the last few months, in my department they have hired several 100% remote employees who are located across the country to open positions for Baltimore teams that were posted as Baltimore-hybrid (4-1). There is absolutely zero consistency when it comes to RTO.
@am IT worked 3:2. Is there anyone even left in IT? And several of they job ads allude to telework being possible. Not to people already there though - candidates that sell them selves up so that the firm feels like they cannot live without them. Yes there are rules, but different ones for different people.
This is where you're wrong....they are no longer permitting full-time telework agreements. There are still groups that are not 4:1 like the rest....
