R&D LT will start delayering of roles as part of restructuring. There can only be up to 7 layers of managers. Directors need to have 5+ directs, all or nothing. Sr. Directors either have 7+ directs or none at all.

Do Senior Manger have requirements for direct reports in R&D? What levels will be the target for layoffs?
Sounds like just more of the same at PEP, it looks good on a Power Point and that's all. It will have zero impact on the business. YAWN.....

@a2 source? This person knows what they are talking about! Timing might be a little off but R&D will be smaller. Hope they get rid of the dead weight in HR as well.
