Instead of losing people rationalize coverage

Instead of getting rid of people all the time, why not rationalize coverage and where we put resources? In the Holland for example we have lost all our contracts recently so why do we have an expensive GM and sales force? If we had more people in France we could get better returns. I am sure there are other examples.

Both countries probably have 1-3 years severance vs. the U.S. at 12 weeks max. So they will keep non-essentials in those places rather than pay for not working and not backfill vs. paying these severances. Even Canada is miles different than the U.S.
