Walgreens keeps cutting. who is actually doing the work now? When someone leaves your team, do they give you headcount for replacement just divide the work among everyone who is left? The later seems to be the case most of the time but I guess things are different within each group or in the store.

@r3 Maybe some of us like working for a disgraceful, loser company because we enjoy the constant culture of fear and threats, have no ambition, and this job is all we can get!
More and more work, less people higher expectations, and everything is do it now, rush! I'm exhausted, getting out soon.
Word on the street we are all about to get fu---d over once again.

@ny How about doing focus on getting a better job with a company that is not a disgraceful company. Why do you people stay with Walgreens. Is that the best you can get. What an atmosphere to work in. You choose to work for a loser, good luck. Ya, keep controlling on what you can do. What a way to live.
We have no control over that. Focus on what you can do.
