No. Please don't shut down EMTEC. I love getting paid my juicy paycheck, po----g for hours and getting paid for it, attending endless and completely useless Zoom meetings listening to executives say absolutely nothing coherent, and doing absolutely nothing for this miserable company. I love the lifestyle.

Lots of good EMtech employees can and have find just as good comp and work elsewhere. Can’t say that about a lot of you “commodity” types, who use technology everyday. Wah.

agree, but not ExxonMobil phDs — those are the ones that didn’t get hired anywhere else or could never leave because they have no transferable skills. ego, which identifies with their miserbable extra years of school got hurt, and hence we all suffer in their presence.

Former EMTech leadership here. Moved to a manufacturing asset. EMTech should be dissolved.
Useless Principals, Senior Principals, Experts, Senior Experts, and Chiefs. They don’t actually do anything except make work for other people, the manufacturing sites.
All strategy with no tactical action. Advancing technology is no longer a thing. We are a commodity company.
