Curious if anyone has had the convo with their manager as of yet? Was told my team would find out next week.

G8, no promo but I only just hit 1 year here, 5% merit, IPF 1.4, no RSU
@c1 if your manager approved a merit for you this rewards cycle, then you would have seen it on the same rewards letter as your bonus info

I highly doubt my management will give the numbers out before the 24th. Mostly because it’s probably bad news.

We should be having merit discussions now 17-24th Sept. You’ll also be able to see it in workday 24th Sept.
G89 180% IPF, 17% merit increase, 120k RSUs
g12 6% merit and 170% bonus, no rsu
I was told "merit is in the second half, its always been that way" .. yeah bullsh-t. Every year since I was hired it's been 1st half for my group. I know some groups changed last FY, but mine did not. So awesome when your "new"(this person has been around a long time) lies to your face.
@c1 my bonus and merit increase was on both.
Only received year-end bonus web letter. Does this mean merit increase or refresher are a no? Or are these announced separately?
I have a recurring weekly with my mgr on Wednesdays so I expect to find out next week
