Thread regarding Devon Energy Corp. layoffs

Warwick and Flywheel...

... Cleaning up on DVN talent. The really good talent. Folks have more faith in Kate and Justin, which is saying something after the Hager years.

@xw At least they actually had reports and not just solo management departments with outside contractors. Just look at the chief human resources officer, what experience actually allowed her to be in that position? Its not much different across the board. I thought Houston was suppose to be better for talent acquisition?

Coterras VP and managers are toxic and stupid. They will drive L Devon out if not weeded out quickly. Staying late at work doesn't equate to working more.

That’s what happens when you have limp leadership like Matt H and Mike D who have been riding on the backs of their EC buddies with no accountability. With Clay’s “me first” mentality and the impending move to Houston, the good ones have had enough. We are losing people we want to lose. We’re losing our best while leadership sits around counting their money. The whole thing is about to fall apart. HR can’t even keep up with all the exit interviews.

@cn I heard multiple people left or used to be at Warwick but now at Flywheel. They are not leaving Flywheel.
