Has anyone heard anything about flex days l?. My rms told me we get 2-3 per year along with your PTO and 5 paid sick days . Has anyone ever used them ? Do we loose those Flex days if we don’t use them ?

MOW start getting sick days after 1 year of service .
Starts at 6 days and every year after get another one up to max 10.
If you call in sick 3 days in a row you need doc note. Otherwise the 3rd day will be pto not sick.
And don’t forget that one of the first things this company did after spinning out of Kraft and starting Mondelez, was to take away PTO! Very first week everyone lost time. Great way to start off,
on the wrong foot! Mondelez has only gone downhill every single year!
No flex days do not roll over. Most everything with this company is use it or lose it, including sick days. But none of you would know any of this because it's a secret, and they want you to lose them.
Any decent company explains the benefits, how to use them, and what the parameters involving said benefits are. Any DECENT company...
@hg isn’t the amount of sick days based on years with the company? It builds up to 10 after so many years. These are in addition to vacation days but it should be stressed to people that they need to be used in case of going on std for the whole first week. It is for non salaried people.
Yes you do. I know this because I was an RMS 😂. You can technically call off 11 times and it really only counts as 1 call off. You get 10 sick days a year!!!

Lol the doctor note is funny because how often does anyone go to the doctor when they are sick lol. It's just a scare tactic they use.
This is why you absolutely must ask all questions in writing and request all answers in writing! I left the field early one day as I was sick and was told I needed a dr note. I told the rms I would be happy to provide once they provided me a copy of that policy in writing. They said don’t bother. They make stuff up and lie all the time about everything, don’t fall for it. Email all questions and cc yourself and request the responses in writing!
How is this legal, when they tell you that you only get 3?
Yes ftows all get 10 sick days. They don't want you to know this but you do get 10 days
