Does anyone know how do we access our 401k accounts from home? I plan on moving it next year once we get this year’s contributions but I like to check the balance every so often. I would like to figure out how now that my access is being shutoff in a few hours.

@dm I have resigned from Citi. I submitted my resignation through workday, but I have not receive any follow up documents from HR. This is why I was asking 401k match question.

call citi benefits and select 401k option...they will set up a password for the link at the bottom of the site above.
