Would it make sense to do layoffs in Spain?
AMS costs are high, so an aggressive strategy might go that way. But Spain is delivering quite good at a reasonable cost
GGN costs were high because of the volumen, and ROI was simply not worth it. A bigger purge in higher management levels would probably have been better for the company's interests, not sure why that direction was not taken
I don’t think Spain will have layoffs, several people left or are in the process of leaving due to the return to the office policy.
