There is a rumor around the Irving office saying that the hybrid model will be shifting on October 1st to 3 days a week (not new) but also have 8 hours a day minimum counted and holidays and PTO would no longer count as in in office day.
Anyone else hear similar?
In my one on one a few weeks ago my
Manager stressed how important 3 days In 8 hours was.
What about those of us who continually have 9pm calls? We are TOLD to take a break in the middle of the day so we can make it manageable. How does that work in this case? I’m fine with 3 days a week, but when I’m on calls for 2 hours at night I should be able to leave at 2 or 3pm.
I wonder how they are tracking breaks ... we are only required to swipe a badge on the way to office, not out. time away from your keyboard might have plenty of valid reasons

The HR wants you to leave or die with layoffs anxiety so that they can skip paying the severance to you. It's the bonus time baby.

Changes are 3 days/times in office-holidays not counted as days in office.
PTO is unchanged.

We didn’t hear the 8 hour minimum but our manager in Tampa confirmed today that 3x a week is still required on weeks with holidays. No word on PTO.
