Is it done LOB by LOB ? Or country by country ? Any insights of when Australia and rest of APAC will be done?

I was in the office yesterday (AU) and was told by a colleague that Australia is next week. Cannot attest to that but it does fit with what happened earlier in the year.
Australia will be done by the end of the month.
