Business Ethics training

Ask about this in your face to face sessions

Nazar Mohamed and his son, Azruddin, are partners in a lucrative venture to build Exxon a shore base in Guyana for its massive offshore oil operation. They also face a criminal investigation and possible U.S. sanctions.

U.S. government officials repeatedly warned Exxon Mobil to avoid doing business with two mining magnates in Guyana, who face a U.S. investigation on suspicions of money laundering, dr-g trafficking and gold smuggling, according to five people with knowledge of the matter and two intelligence reports seen by Reuters.

The Texas-based oil giant ignored the advice, which was delivered during meetings in late 2021 and early 2022, and cut a deal to build a $300 million onshore logistics base with a consortium that included the two Guyanese businessmen, Nazar Mohamed and his son, Azruddin. Exxon announced the contract award in April 2022.

Ethics training at XOM: lie, cheat, manipulate politics, lie to the SEC, ruin communities and after losing legal battles, abuse appeals courts to pay victims virtually nothing. Terminate employees for reporting illegal activities and bury actual offenders caught in the news cycle to cover it up. Claim to be working in the best interest of the country and employees while removing their roles and shipping abroad.

Yeah - being a conservative company tracks.

Just be a good conservative cuck at Exxon and pay no mind to your eyes and ears - that’s the secret to success.

ExxonMobil’s corruption isn’t limited to internal misconduct. It's lobbying and manipulating policies and regulations across the U.S. and even international frameworks. EM ALWAYS fights transparency rules, weakens sustainability legislation to be EM

EM claims to be ethical then utilizes a Performance Ranking system that is rigged to promote chosen HiPos, artificially elevates ranking of 1/10 salary employees, and is utilized as a layoff system for HC10 employees over 50.

We hold ourselves to higher ethics than demanded by law

We say results matter less than how they are achieved

But it doesn’t seem we apply these same standards to how we treat out employees

Seems we do the bare bones minimum legally, off-shoring ruthlessly, even in the face of poor results, in pure pursuit of financial goals

How do I reconcile these facts
