Record setting CEO
Inept leadership right at the top and yet she KEEPs her job while all those around her are being sacked. This company is run by a mo--nic board, or she has pictures of them from a "team bonding" outing that they cannot allow to be released.
@p4 which means a portion of her compensation is based on the company’s performance. The better the company does the more valuable the shares become, the more she “earns” and the wealthier she becomes.
@ny They get stock awards, most of which is free stock. That's gives them a lot of money whether the stock performs or not.

You are discounting the fact that SF still makes +20 million a year. Why are you complaining?

FIS is setting records left and right under her leadership! Why would she get fired?! She’s going to lead FIS to another record next week!
Wouldn't the results be different if her compensation were tied to the performance of the stock price? She has NO incentive to produce because she gets paid regardless.
