Oracle has conducted consecutive layoffs blindly for stabilizing itself against the blind decision it took for AI data center. The severance, health benefits offered to laidoff candidates are very below to industry standards just covering the basics.
With Oracle resume its getting hard to search jobs in current market. The first question you get is are you impacted. once I said yes, they don't even think how skilled I am to come out but just treated me so negatively.
It hurts. I am marching forward taking it easy.
But its NOT OK. the health care support from Oracle is bad, salary is bad, severence is bad. its too much to tolerate.
