Mortgage is a brutal business right now. You should see how much they cut the marketing budget. There isn’t enough mortgage demand to spend the money on. I am sure we will see continued cuts in some mortgage areas until the housing market turns around. I know I am not giving up my 2.5 rate.
Do you think they’re planning any other cuts for our department? I honestly applied to multiple jobs after hearing the news today.

Yep! I’m also in dtc mortgage. Super sad day for us. The future is not looking very bright.
