With hands on experience dealing with our CHRO, he literally su-ks. I know we live in the time of bootlickers get promoted but damn DH is the d-mbest out of the bunch. Literally self centered, just talks a bunch of nothing and pretending to be all knowing. How the other SVP in HR did not get promoted boggles me and I would say most of the people in HR. Literally acts like he is the reason MF/SF are the reason they are still standing, like my guy you were another cog HRBP.
