There was a time when I would've defended this place without thinking twice. These days, I keep wondering what happened to the standards we used to have. So many decisions are difficult to understand that it's getting harder to take any pride in the place. I don't know how much longer this can continue.

@OP agreed. After nearly 10 years at Citi and quitting all I discovered now was 98% of the organisation is just glorified administrators. Only really 2% do actual real jobs.
The rest are given fancy titles VP, SVP just to make them seem important but outside of Citi they mean nothing.. all you have to be now is good at Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom calls and you're sorted yet people still brag about their achievements. All I hear is your good at being an admin now
