I don’t think I’m at risk of being laid off (let’s use the real word, not CPM). However, I’m tired of people worrying more about perception and themselves than communicating issues as plainly as possible; if there’s a problem, say that and share next steps. Don’t waste time trying to make it sound better than it is to avoid negative reactions. Upper management should probably also consider if their reactions are leading to more problem solving or just more covering up.
Can’t wait to get out .. worst morale when every month there is cpm in data center and keep on taking more work inspite of rejecting gets assigned anyway..
