Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

I know this is redundant, but people have really lost it here at Xerox

Everyone is so on edge lately and it’s honestly becoming exhausting to be around. Every little thing turns into a complaint or a conversation about how bad things are, how they can’t get their work done, how they don’t have what they need, how leadership is doing this or that

And I get it. People are worried. There’s a lot of uncertainty and nobody really knows what’s coming next. But at the same time, we still have jobs to do. It’s getting to the point where people are complaining about not being able to do their jobs while also spending half their time complaining about everything going on.

You can literally feel the anxiety in every meeting. Someone mentions a change or sends an email and suddenly everyone is trying to figure out what it something means

I’m not saying people shouldn’t be concerned, because obviously there are legitimate reasons to be but the constant doom and complaining is getting really old. It’s making an already stressful situation even more miserable

@p0 how can they figure out how things work when things haven’t worked for years? The irony.

But you do know what is coming next, you are just in denial.

Things are only going to get worse.

A load of support staff were let go recently and replaced by people who do not know how everything Xerox works.

If you thought it took a long time to get issues resolved well its just doubled

@fa yes they are delusional because they are lied to and manipulated every chance their management team gets. It is one of the unhealthiest environments there is.

Took me a year and roughly 200 applications but I’m finally in the running for 2 excellent positions.

@OP on here all I read is negative but if you talk to anyone in St.John they all seem to think things are going well. Are they delusional and just drinking the Kool-Aid??

If you are signing up to do business with XBS or Xerox direct in 2026, you need to have your head examined

What you shared is the norm for Xerox. It is the least healthiest place to work. I left this test on my own, it honestly had too much of an impact on me and my mental health. Nobody cares that you do the job of 6 people, they lie when they say help is coming. They reward the under performers. Sales and the commission are a laughable joke. 26 years and several months later I am much better off not being there.
For the one that commenting above, you must think you’re going to become something, you are not. Don’t forget LP has an out and payout clause for 12/31/2026…..

🚨 UNPOPULAR OPINION: If you hate this place THAT damn much… WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE?! 😂😂 You can just easily leave!

I’m exhausted by people who complain about EVERYTHING but never actually do anything about it. If you don’t like it here, LEAVE. Nobody has you chained to your des or virtual home office. 😂

But then again… I guess there’s a reason some people have been “looking for something better” for the last 10 years and somehow keep finding themselves right back here complaining. 🤷🏾‍♂️😂

At this point, I wish there was an “Opt Out of the Complainers” button in the system.

Imagine logging in and seeing:

“You have successfully been removed from 47 unnecessary complaints. Your workday has been restored.” I would be on cloud nine if this were ever to be available.
