Citi.does not do massive layoffs like other product companies. Their strategy is is different. They do quietly. There are so many parameters like race, language, gender, caste, kickbacks, pay scale etc...
It's a bank. They know how to mitigate risks and make money.
The tops guys will enjoy millions while many Americans go homeless!
Stock will temporarily go up!

I'm hoping to keep my job, anyone excited to get laid off hasn't been applying outside Citi. This is the equivalent to 2008 job market it's a nightmare to get a job paying $30+ an hour
