No team in Innovation (including NSRL) has produced anything in at least 5+ years (Ok, maybe Nike Mind).. we need more, better, and consistent innovation from the INNOVATION team. If you want to discuss stock price - it’s clear Wall Street (and everyone) is seeking BETTER PRODUCT.
Innovation is not just about design. It’s also about science. The NSRL leaders need to be made accountable and asked to provide fresh scientific insights instead of validating prototypes for NXT.

@cs JH and AC are basically the same and definitely not the right person to lead Innovation. That building has been too comfortable and I am not sure if this is something we can change overnight by swapping out leaders. Reducing the size of Innovation seems not a good answer either…
