I havent had a team meeting or skip level in the last 3 months while being told to work 12 hours a day coz "Business team wants something urgently".
But suddenly I have 3 different meeting invites this week to "Go through the Pulse questions".
Absolutely pathetic people are the so called "leaders". Shame on you. I wish they get axed first. No way im giving anything more than a 1/5 to these a--holes.

@he I mean this in a truly kind a sensitive way… please reach out to a professional counselor to work through your issues. There are some really good folks out there who can help you work through it.

@br Why would a union toadie respond to someone who is suggesting they quit rather than wait for the severance package or change in leadership? A union toadie doesn't have those concerns. A union toadie would call their representative and have a bus load of other union toadies show up and threaten to go on strike until they get their way like real men.
The person you responded to is clearly not a man, real or otherwise. What real man would stay somewhere that is toxic hoping for change just to make sure his wife and children are cared for by having continued income and the possibility of a severance to hold them for a couple of months until another job is found?
He should just quit and get a job flipping burgers and move his family to a run down trailer park on the edge of town. Now that's a man. Not a union toadie real man but at least a man that probably sits on the stoop in the middle of the night drinking PBR until the tears of self hatred dry up.

@bp Asked and answered many times. Tell your overlords that you failed in your duty and need to be reeducated. We leave on our terms with the severance due or we stay until the occupiers have been overthrown and respect is restored. Whichever comes first. Non-negotiable
