I don't see much leadership here that makes people want to give extra effort, like it was 20 years ago. Some of the newer leaders even struggle to communicate what they actually want, so we barely have any sense of where we're going. No wonder things have deteriorated so much.

The sales team was inspired by GSX a couple of weeks ago.
@dy Peter is a breath of fresh air but the challenge is the positive culture changes from up top rarely travel down to the teams that are tactical / operational
Especially in SBG.
CX is rizz-less.
Yeah, extra effort is out the window. I can barely be bothered with regular effort these days.
Executive compensation is bloated enough, without me working to further increase it.
