The only thing matters is when the line manager tell you if you have a job or not. All the webcast, townhall, etc are simply waste of time.

It really wasn’t the best, to be honest. None of his LT were even there to field questions, which already set the tone. Several of the trickier questions including the anonymous ones were dodged outright, and the whole thing felt more like a controlled broadcast than an open, accountable discussion.
Some of the slides were genuinely good, but even those felt like a convenient way to run down the clock rather than actually address the substance people were asking about. For a first webcast, you’d expect visible leadership presence, clearer structure, and a willingness to tackle the difficult topics head‑on instead of skating past them.
Overall, it came across as underprepared, overly cautious, and not particularly confidence‑building.

Unnecessary and uninformative
Horrid to start. AF started by trying to relate to those who are going through “difficult times” since CapDev haven’t finalized the org and in the same breath complained about having to spend 52 hours of the month flying. Those two aren’t the same.
