With RCE having finally implanted turnstiles to badge in and out, do they do any time tracking? Doubt it would show up on a dashboard but for any sites who have had them, any consequences?

They're tracking connection to the network at a Medtronic facility under/over 4 hours connected to the network at a site.
badge out will make no sense on hr's data sheet- half the company won't count, including leaders. folks who drive, take the service lift to the carpark.. those lifts and doors don't have trackers.

The logistic of tracking a badge in and a badge out daily traffic would be a nightmare. I think the intent is to get your back in the office (RTO) but your free to come and go as you like. Of course they can track badge in so a daily arrival @ 1pm is likely a bad idea.

I would quit so fu--ing fast if we had to start badging out.
We have the badge in ones at our site main entrance, they act just like badging into the building via an exterior door, you badge in and Insight website records you in office using a Badge not a Laptop. Pretty simple, no badge out tho.
