If we don’t have more revenue, all bets are off. AI isn’t going to save us.

I have better faith in Andersen vs Zaffino. Eric cares about the people. I think we are safer with him as the CEO if he is'nt misguided.
My concern would be the ELT selected by Zaffino and his influence as an "Advisor". They only care about themselves.
All of this "save in expenses"...is just so they have money for the over 100% payout of the ELT STI. Save in expenses = Funding for ELT incentives.
The survey should have focused on the approval of the ELT for Eric to see how bad they are. Rather the focus is on Senior Leadership as a "Whole". That leaves the good leadership to have a bad rating because of the bad leadership. They will use the result to "justify" changes. (none to the below grade 23/25 and below benefit)
Non senior leadership has been cut to the bone there isn't any one left. My suspicions are the next cuts will unfairly be Senior Leadership or those Grade 23/25 and up.

Heck no. We are in big financial trouble and the only way to make the meager earnings look good is to cut costs and quick. That means RIFs. Buckle up as it will be a tough 18 months
