How many RSUs do people typically get at CL24, CL25, CL26 and above for Excellent vs. Outstanding ratings?

No enough to stay and fight for it, and also not enough to block a buyout. Thats the quant and quality answer for you.
none exceeding 200-300 until
you make exec CL 30 or above. before that its scraps that vest in 7 years - a shameful schedule for entire industry or perhaps entire fortune 500
CL24 downstream - haven’t seen a single RSU yet in 5 years. I’m one of the losers who always got bumped down by supervisors and safety people of the same CL.
But guess what… lots of those who got OWD before, already got NSI and PIP and didn’t get to exercise RSUs they been promised :)) majority of them got severe burn out and problems with management these past two years since OWD takes a lot of effort and also their egos got inflated AF as well. Here’s that. Some of O and OWD folks are strong enough to carry the torch but some break along the way and getting kicked out of the train.
I'm in CL 23 and have received 40 RSUs twice after back to back Outstanding assessment. Unlike higher CLs, my RSUs vest after 3 years

But remember to see all these it takes 7 years. The vesting schedule is unreasonably long
