Seriously though, speaking with old coworkers, at least in the Permian there's a small uptick in morale with the new CEO. Seems like everyone was tired of Lance. Guess you all will get to see how that plays out. Good luck!

Low morale in Alaska BU due to cost overruns and significant delays. Layoffs loom.
Even the people who respond to their own postings are being lazy lately.
Activity on this site has been dismal. I miss the outlandish accusations and incorrect viewpoints sprinkled with a few nuggets of truth.
Whats a morale? Is that something we're supposed to have?
@OP good question. About time to start some rumours, when will the next round of layoffs be announced? Is it just the high oil price environment that prevents new layoff programs to be announced?
