A leading indicator for time to leave is when you are instructed to train your replacement in India.

Does not matter that the 15 year experienced hire is incompetent like a year 1 campus hire.

Get that Resume updated, the writing is on the wall and in the EBBI presentation.

@19h yep more this week including planners. Kind of makes you wonder what the planners saw that made them quit.

@qc Too long of a list. Many people are retiring. Many people are quitting.

I am working hard to identify my next role outside the company and leave GP. CL28, -~15 years with company

@d7… initials please, who’s expected to retire soon. Also initials for who is the likely replacement.

Some of the people taking a “Leave of Ansence” are really people that wanted to quit but EM Management asked them to just take some time off and consider coming back.

Well one guy is retiring soon. So the protections maybe going away. Don’t blame me. Blame Sam. He did call in favors for folks in UNcON though. Everyone got their piece of the pie even though they didn’t deserve any of it. Hopefully the finance people will see all the money spent.

Cl28, also had ranking tank in GP. Most toxic organization in the company, clear why folks want out and move themselves.

Confusing the Canadian and Europe cuts with actual resignations. No one wants to leave this company when there’s such outstanding leadership.

@a7 actually just as bad, many people have great performance results (not tanking) but company doesn’t reward it.

I am also a GP. CL634. They tanked my ranking too.

Bengaluru will save us! Ha anyone good or even average from there leaves after 2-3 years. Very frustrating to invest time in trying to help them and get no credit for that and then they leave.

I’m overseas and about done with this sh!tty expat policy. Not to mention basically zero raises and no promo in a long time. I know two that left from mid east. Other company has different pay structure but better overall. And in the US

Meanwhile they give themselves big raises and more stock. Fu--ing a--holes.

Even some employees on expat assignment resigned. Company has to repatriate them. I am sure that makes the company mad but who can blame people with the way we are being treated!

VPs hide behind ‘committees’ or say they can’t do anything about the corporate/MC decisions

I am in GP. CL28. They tanked my ranking. I am interviewing to leave and once out the door will be doing everything I can to get the best people in GP to join me.
