Do a significant employee cris, employees walking out, quitting, going out on short term disability, the company says they heard you. Issue with advancement, taking time off, pay etc. what do you think? Will they actually make things better?

We are heard, its just, they dont care. This is why claims has been understaffed as the norm for at least 15 years, with no care for retention, or employee happiness. Just like the surveys on everyone not wanting to return to office, they heard us, but they dont care.

Theyll never figure out their staffing issues because they dont want to, and the chaos causes settlement delays which earn tons of money on interest.

But they do hear you! Hope this pizza party and board with construction paper and a middle school boarder will make up for it!

@wh.....you are so right! They think they can give them "natives" some beads and mirrors to go play with.....while they steal the company blind and keep running the same scam. They are getting ready to bring back everyone to "collaborate". LOL!!! The only collaboration that is going on in claims is how long they can stay out on STD/FMLA, where they get their weed or new ways to avoid calls and work. The people I encounter at Chic-Fil-A are about 3 times the quality of the average id-ot that State Farm hires.....I can't believe it but it s getting worse with the check the box completely mental reta-ded workforce. This place is going to implode with more WFH mandates....awesome!

Remember state farm didn't get big by being a nice guy. They've sc--wed a lot of people to get where they are at. State Farm gives you nothing and forget the other half which is you earn it.

All they are doing is buttering you up to bring you back into the office more! Get ready! They will announce it in October about more RTW. Don't forget who you work for, these people are total sc-m bags! Here is two more holidays and a more flexible PTO process, you are going to need it since you will be back in the office 75% of the time!!! LOL! Going to be hilarious to watch them spin this one!

Still not close to what they took. If they stopped supporting the WNBA that can't define what a woman is, they may have enough to endorse their employees.

Adding 2 holidays literally cost the company NOTHING. Years past due. Glasd to get them but scared of what is probably coming.

Big mad because your rumor was made up and you look like an id--t and point back to things that happened 15 years ago. Go back to your corner table at Panera.

@nk they give you 2 days off. Calculate that cost vs the cost of the benefits they took. Re--rdZ think that is such a great deal. Ill give you a penny for every dollar you give me. It's not rocket science d-mbazz.

Theyve reached a point where they need to do SOMETHING, so they give us a free email with words, more words, promises, we hear you, over and over and over for the last 15 years. Meanwhile things keep getting worse, executives continue to do things to irritate the work force, make their job harder, make it more stressful, take things away continually.

This is what our management sees as effective. words with zero action and no real change.

They hear you, just like they heard you about returning to office, like they heard you about micromanaging, like they heard you about metrics over quality, like they heard you about closing all the LOC's......yes...they HEAR you....but nothing will be done....this email changes your opinions though right? RIGHT?

2 more days! It will not be worth it. If they give you something they are going to add on 5x of as much, They will either get your PTO days, Life Leave Days, EIP, or bring everyone back into the office 75%-100% of the time....nothing in life is ever free and for the goodwill of the employee!

38 yr emp. We have never gotten anything added without it costing us something. We have never gotten any added holidays, benefits worth anything, more pto until they sc--wed everyone out of all their sick days. I had like 400 of those. We didn't get paid for them either. They must be getting ready to take something away.

Employees have only been asking for additional Holidays for over 40 years. About time. They must be really desperate to keep employees.

Shut up and get you butt in the office. Hopefully you have some appropriate clothes that fit as you gained so much weight eating during the wfh period.

We hear you....funny. This comes up basically every year for the last decade. They know....they already know what they are doing. Intentional..... They have done everything possible to make sure this company is a miserable sh-t hole. Check the box, woke hiring at all levels, pay nothing, make the work loads unbearable, keep taking away benefits, keep wages to bare minimums. They have no interest in being an insurance company, customer service or a desirable employer. This is just about collecting premiums, investing and Execs scamming millions before they pass it along to the next group. Only changes that will happen if any will be more micromanaging of leaders and using that tired excuse.....for their failures.

@d2 My thoughts exactly. And now they have remote employees in my section meeting with the SVP on Wed to express our thoughts. Really? LMBO.

All they are doing is buying your time for the least amount of pay. If you can't see this, you are blind. State Farm could care less about you being metrics compliant, politically correct, and how you dress because they will only allow the ones they want in. Believe me! For over 30 years I outproduced everyone in my state but it accounted to nothing to them. I regret giving them everything I had while in return the gave nothing back. It is total BS the harder and more you work the more successful you become. Look at all of the State Farm advertising. If you don't fit in to that plastic narrative, be ready. Trust none of them. Know their history. Most are not good people or the people you would surround yourself with.

No, only leadership wins in this company. If you are in the bottom levels, you need to play politics to advance

Anyone who thinks leadership in this company cares about them, just look at their history. The company has taken and taken benefits and I assure you once they take them they will NEVER give back. The company does not care about anyone.
