So, here in Dublin employee from outside Ireland are celebrated excessively and there is even advice on immigration/visa!
Talk about rubbing it in after just closing offlices in Cork and Wexford. Perhaps those offices were not diverse enough?

@OP sorry what exactly is being done to rub it in? Look at the responses to your post? Was that your intent?
Does the place have such a bad rep that they cant hire Irish people or people who have lived in Ireland for a number of years.
The double referral bonuses a real kick in the teeth to Wexford and Cork.
In alts things are going to start falling apart as the last of the Wexford people go by end of year. A huge loss of experience and knowledge. No new hires can replace that.
There has been a dramatic change in the profile of Dublin staff in the last few years. Looking at photos of social events last few months I dont recognise the place.
Why are all these visas given to non EU workers to take jobs away. Theres a housing crisis, we dont need more people moving here.
