those are many unable to add catch-up contributions because of no Roth and income limits, did anyone hear about the possibility of HCSC adding the Roth option for 2027

Possibility is zero. To be fair- these butt clowns can’t manage the finances of this company so thinking outside the box for employee offerings is not in their line of sight.
