That's due to the union. Also don't act like it's a Wells thing. Nobody offers those without a union.

100% agree.. but also 100% not gonna happen. Charlie’s ego won’t allow for a labor “win” like that. The years long psychological warfare that he’s inflicted on us doesn’t allow for benevolence. He doesn’t see us as human. We’re not worthy of dignity. We’re expenditures on a balance sheet. 🤷🏻
