The funny thing is that the one thing we all seem to agree on is that we'd rather not be here. That's probably not the kind of teamwork leadership was hoping for.

Be patient. Everyone will get their turn in layoffs sooner or later. The lucky ones will be able to leave after finding a job (if they can in this terrible job market)
This entire site is ridiculous, teams are motivated, pay is great and the work is substantially interesting. Intel is back, like it or not.
Yep. It is the golden intel cage. People outside want in and people inside want out.
Been looking elsewhere. People inside Intel say Intel pays poorly. But jobs outside of Intel are listing at a substantial decrease. Anyone have real life experience the pay differentials?
Only indentured H1b and those who cannot find job elsewhere and those in cushy management jobs are here. It’s incredibly difficult job market now. Most people that trust me enough to confide say they are looking outside.
At least everyone is now aligned.
