It's pretty obvious that a small group of people here are carrying most of the workload. Those of us who're experienced and know how everything works, but we're also completely exhausted. A lot of us stay because the job market is the way it is, but that won't last forever, and then GP better be ready for an exodus.

@1j8 I'd be happy if C-suite positions were outsourced to India at this point.
It wouldn't be pennies on the dollar saving, it would be pennies on the millions of dollars of savings.
Offshore a handful of c suites and we've saved enough to not layoff every they have in the past 3 years.
@fk True, these greedy fu--s only care about money. If they could they would outsource all of the business to India or the Philippines if they could
