Agile at f5 isn't dead because it never was there

@as Yes, they spend tons of money paying for coaches, training, agile dance with few punks/ agile trainers. I remember, at the initial stage of agile introduction at F5 one senior engineer asked a question on agile process. His manager responded, yes this means "any engineer will be able to work on any segment/stories" and asked him to shut-up. Really ??? I am sure, he had a vision and was right.

@OP It's always been the case: the tech world is filled with so-called "Agile Coaches" and misguided scrum masters who seem out of their depth. Many are just individuals who couldn't quite make it in software engineering and found a way to stay in the game. Their presence can be frustrating, but it also highlights the need for genuine expertise and passion in agile practices. Sadly, it won't happen in a corporate environment.
