I came from Slalom, not as a VP or SVP, but an IC. I can’t believe I left what I had to come to CDW. I’m dealing with buyer’s remorse and am pushing my resume to other opportunities. After 3 months of what I’ve experienced, I’m already applying for other jobs. I can’t believe this company is still in business.

Everyone at Slalom knows that MK was a complete joke. Cronyism, d-mb strategies and creating a culture where each office was at war with the other now Slalom is paying the price. We were so glad when he left for CDW and took his garbage with him.
It's funny to think Slalom was going to even make an impact at CDW. They are a bunch of goof ba--s.
If you were a Slalom IC, that means you were a consultant. What job did you come to CDW to do? We don't hire individual consultants. No way you went into an entry level sales role. It just sounds fake.

Serious question. Why did you leave to come here? Can’t be the pay or the culture. What made CDW even remotely attractive to want to leave salmon for this clown show?

@g6 a conspiracy guy. She's real and it took him a while to post on here. We are like most and just read these but we talked and he decided to post his feelings and thoughts and now you question his posts. This is scary time and I applaud her for trying to offer her thoughts to try to help others going through this CDW bad period in time. I came here too with hopes of a better place and though i have been successful. I feel dirty to have added revenue to these execs that dont care about us. I have two kids and am frankly afraid to look but I admire those of you that are. Its not easy

It is ok to have buyer remorse. Everyone at some point has it. You are doing right by applying and trying to find something new.
Ignore the negative nancies on here, someone always has to say something negative. More than not they are in sales, disgruntled sales reps envious you are looking for a new job.

Plenty of things to criticize about CDW, that is all real. No need to make up stuff and make fake posts.
@c4 at this point simply collecting checks and waiting for the RIF payout lottery before moving to the next adventure. Do as little as possible until then......it wasn't always like this. So not really d-mb@ss, just working the system to our favor.

I know who this is and we started a thread below. We learned CDW stands for Career Death Wish and we aren't gonna be like the dum--ss employees that stayed here for years and got wacked. Those employees have to explain to their families why they were too chicken sh-t to make the move and protect them. We gone bruh.
