Are any other departments breaking up and being made independent like Medtronic diabetes was?

Medtronic will have their strategy showcase for Elliot management in around mid December. I guess they will accelerate any breakups on the month's that follow.
Judging by Elliot managements pattern they usually try to exit the market by 2 - 3 years on average. Acceleration including huge layoffs and breaking up and shutting down whole departments will be done in 2027 and 2028.
That's 2 years of fear. If you find a better offer from a different company take it. By the time Elliot management has ravished it's way - there will be bare bones of Medtronic.

Yes, the campus is tiny and everything is shifting to the Colorado campus.
I haven’t heard anything. But the current trend from Geoff and Elliott is quick, short-term profits over long-term planning. I assume anything is on the table as both are trying to pad their pockets as much as possible before the whole thing falls apart.
What will that look like? Will they leave Memphis?
