Are we taking it and blasting them to drown out the bootlickers or are we going for low participation?
I feel like repeating the same message as last year and letting him know nothing has changed despite all his efforts might be the best case? What do you think?

I left my survey in the toilet of the 300 building first floor . I didn't flush in case a supervisor wanted to verify .

This is literally an environment where the layoffs will continue until the morale improves. I know first hand that AVPs and above drive positive results by moving detractors out, whether it's to another organization or out the door.
It's been said before but worth repeating, it's a self fulfilling prophecy, let go enough detractors, hire people who don't mind the working environment or at least don't mind reporting positive results and then the data suggests you have a positive environment.
Like the market, which can stay irrational longer than you can stay in the market, Stankey will not be pushed out because of survey results or the culture. The board loves him because he sustains the dividend.

The JS email from last year's response made me even more sure I am going to once again take the survey and once again be honest. Maybe we will get under his skin yet again.
Everyone should remember the August 1st 2025 email that he sent…where he stated that employees are the problem (not him and the toxic culture he created) and that you and your loyalty are no longer relevant. Also remember, he was interviewed post email and was asked if he regretted any of its contents. His response, I only regret that I had not done it sooner.
We know where he stands and he knows where we stand. Taking the survey will not change anything, I will not be participating.

They very much do care about people not taking it. It in fact is the only thing they care about.

The only thing that psychopathic narcissist midwit execs hate more than negative answers is low participation and lackmof attention. Now remember the Aug 1 email. They don’t care what you think or how you respond, only that you do — deny them and retake some tiny bit of power.

No matter what the results are, you can rest assured the talking points will be: participation was high, results were encouraging and negativity was just a handful of low performers. You know, like every other survey.
This is basically an internal publicity stunt. You can rate them low, not take it, bootlick. It still won't matter because they truly don't care.
